A Certainly Uncertain Life

Well after three days of worry and uncertainty, we are right back where we started, praise God! Rory starts back at the bank tomorrow and I know that's God's handy work! If you remember back a couple of weeks ago, he took another job at a call center in Homewood, but after much deliberation and prayer, we decided it wasn't right for him. So after already quitting at the bank, he was limited on his options. Financially, we would be fine for him to not work for 2 weeks, but I really didn't want to have to resort to that. By the grace of God, he knew enough people in the construction business that he was able to work a little to keep money coming in (at least for a day haha!) God presented us another opportunity in the form of an air conditioning job offer from a friend of ours, but alas, it was one of those "sounded too good to be true" situations. It was more of a "we'll call you if we need help" jobs that would not have provided the kind of stability and pay that the bank would have. So Rory decided to bite the bullet and call the bank back (after 3 days) and ask for his old job back. They were more than thrilled to have him back and said he starts back tomorrow! What are the odds! God is SO good! I know Rory enjoyed his few days off too ; )
